Vulkollan is available in the following product forms: Hot-cast solid Vulkollan This type of Vulkollan is cast as mouldings in open moulds using the hot-casting method. Shore hardness range approx. (65 A to 78 D) Hot-pressed solid Vulkollan This special type of Vulkollan is compression moulded in closed moulds to form thin-walled mouldings. Shore hardness approx. 72 A. Cellular Vulkollan Cellular Vulkollan is only machined in closed moulds for tube thicknesses of 300-800 kg/m³.
