STALASTIC: Bars made of rubber and metal

For large orders, metal-rubber bars can be supplied in different thicknesses "s" and with thinner rubber layers. Furthermore, the metal-rubber bars can also be custom built as striker plates, i.e. with the metal plate only on one side.
DIN 1017 applies to the metal parts.
For the thickness tolerance for the bars, please refer to DIN 7715 (rough).

| * F permis. is the permissible static continuous load that can be superimposed on a dynamic, alternating load. If the bars will be subject to shear forces, it is imperative to ensure that tensile stress is avoided when fitting the bars. To obtain a sufficient fatigue strength, a compressive pre-stressing is required. The stated permissible loads are only approximate guide values for the static load. |
